  • Natural garment variations (slight shade differences between dye lots)
  • Minor color variation inherent to the print method (e.g., DTG on dark garments)
  • Wear and tear from improper garment care (bleach, high heat drying, ironing over prints)
  • Orders where the final product accurately matches the customer-approved proof

How long do I have to report an issue?+
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can resolve it. We understand that some issues (like print durability) may take longer to notice — just reach out and we'll work with you.
What if I approved a proof but don't like how it looks on the garment?+
We always recommend ordering a sample first if you're unsure. If the printed product accurately matches your approved proof, it wouldn't fall under our guarantee. However, we value your satisfaction — contact us and we'll discuss options including discounted reprints.
Do I need to return the defective items?+
In most cases, no. Photos documenting the issue are sufficient for us to process your claim. For larger orders, we may ask you to return a few sample pieces so we can investigate and improve our process.
How long does a reprint take?+
Reprints are prioritized in our production schedule. Most reprints ship within 3–5 business days. If you're on a deadline, let us know and we'll do everything we can to expedite.
Does the guarantee cover embroidery and all print methods?+
Yes. Our guarantee applies equally to screen printing, DTG, DTF, embroidery, and heat transfer. The quality standards and wash warranty are specific to each method, and we hold every method to the highest standard.
What counts as a "defect" in screen printing?+
Common defects include: ink smudging, cracking, pinholes, misregistration (colors not aligned), wrong ink color, placement significantly off from the proof, and incomplete or faded prints.
