If you receive the wrong sizes, items with holes, stains, manufacturer defects, or garments that don't match what was ordered, we'll replace them immediately.
Color Mismatches

Late Delivery

- Minor color variation inherent to the print method (e.g., DTG on dark garments)
- Wear and tear from improper garment care (bleach, high heat drying, ironing over prints)
- Orders where the final product accurately matches the customer-approved proof
