Smudging, cracking, misalignment, pinholes, inconsistent ink coverage, or incomplete prints. If the print quality falls below our standards, we reprint at no cost.
If you receive the wrong sizes, items with holes, stains, manufacturer defects, or garments that don't match what was ordered, we'll replace them immediately.
If printed colors are noticeably different from your approved digital proof, we'll make it right. We stand behind the accuracy of every color match.
We commit to the turnaround time quoted at approval. If we miss your agreed-upon delivery date due to a production issue, we'll cover rush shipping or provide a credit.

Our quality team reviews every claim within 1 business day. We'll assess the photos, compare against your approved proof, and determine the best resolution.
We resolve legitimate quality issues within 48 hours of review. You choose: reprint, refund, or credit toward a future order. We cover all costs — no runaround.
