Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing: 36 pieces per design. Embroidery: 24 pieces. DTG: no minimum (1 piece okay). DTF: 12 pieces. Heat transfer: 6 pieces.

Question 2

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Start by requesting a free quote on our website. We'll review your project, send a proof, and get your approval before production begins.

Question 3

Can I order a sample first?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer sample runs so you can see and feel the quality before committing to a full order. Sample pricing carries the full prep for the design, so a sample costs more per piece than a production run.

Question 4

Do you offer reorder discounts?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We keep your artwork and stitch files on file, so reorders are quick, and a screen-print reorder carries no setup, so your per-piece cost is lower the second time.

Question 5

Can I mix sizes in one order?

Accepted Answer

Yes - you can mix any sizes within the same garment style and color. Size upcharges may apply for 2XL and above.

Question 6

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on: quantity, print method, number of colors/stitches, number of print locations, garment type, and any finishing services (folding, labeling, etc.).

Question 7

Are there setup fees?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing has no setup line. One screen is burned per ink color and that cost is built into the per-piece print price, which is why more colors cost more per piece and why bigger runs cost less; we keep your artwork on file, so reorders are quick and carry no setup. Embroidery has a one-time $45 digitizing fee. DTF has a $15 per-location setup. DTG has no setup fee.

Question 8

Do you charge for artwork/design help?

Accepted Answer

Artwork services are quoted case-by-case. Custom design from scratch, complex recreations, and vector conversions of detailed artwork have artwork fees that depend on the scope of work. Minor tweaks may be included at our discretion based on the order. We will let you know upfront before any artwork charges are added to your quote.

Question 9

Is tax included in quotes?

Accepted Answer

California sales tax (10.5%) applies to the garment cost only - not to printing services. Tax is itemized separately on your invoice.

Question 10

Do you offer rush orders?

Accepted Answer

Rush available depending on the schedule. Tell us your date. We do not publish a rush window or a rush fee; a person checks the schedule against your date before you commit. Contact us with your deadline.

Question 11

What is the typical turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is about 2-3 weeks after the artwork is approved and the deposit is paid. It depends on our current production schedule, and larger or complex jobs can take longer. We confirm a target ship date with you before production begins.

Question 12

Do I get a proof before production?

Accepted Answer

Always. We send a digital proof for every order. Production starts only after your written approval.

Question 13

What if I don't like the proof?

Accepted Answer

We'll revise it until you're happy - no extra charge for reasonable revisions. We want it perfect before we print.

Question 14

What garment brands do you carry?

Accepted Answer

We stock 50+ brands including Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Champion, Nike, Adidas, and more via S&S Activewear.

Question 15

Can I supply my own garments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but we recommend using our blanks for the best results. If you supply garments, we'll still quality-check them before printing.

Question 16

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are preferred. We also accept PNG (300 DPI), PSD, and TIFF. JPEGs work but may need vectorization.

Question 17

Can you vectorize my logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We vectorize logos for free on production orders, or for a small fee on samples. Vectorization ensures your logo prints crisp at any size.

Question 18

Do you offer design services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our in-house art team can create original designs, recreate artwork, and optimize files for any print method.

Question 19

What is the maximum print size?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing: up to 14" x 16" (standard) or 16" x 20" (oversized). DTG: up to 16" x 21". Sizes vary by method and garment.

Question 20

Accepted Answer

Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental US via UPS or FedEx. Alaska, Hawaii, and international available on request.

How much does shipping cost?
