Minimums and pricing

Screen printing starts at 36 pieces per design and embroidery at 24; DTG has no minimum, which is how most brands sample a line before the first real run. Finishing is priced per piece from the engine rates above and shows as its own line on your quote.

Larger programs (500+ pieces, recurring drops) can be scoped as a wholesale or contract program.

Finishing & Relabeling FAQ

What are relabeling services, and what do they cost?+

Relabeling means removing the manufacturer's neck label and replacing it with your own brand label, either a sewn-in woven label or a heat-applied tagless print. Label removal is $0.75 per piece. Sewing in a woven label is $0.65 per piece. A custom tagless print is $1.25 per piece. Custom woven labels themselves are produced at $0.58 each with a 500-piece minimum per label design. Relabeling is added to a decoration order or quoted on customer-supplied blanks.

Do you offer private label screen printing and finishing for clothing brands?+

Yes. Private label means the finished garment carries only your brand: we screen print, DTG, DTF or embroider the blank, remove the manufacturer label, sew or heat-apply your label, add hangtags and UPC stickers, fold and polybag, and pack to your spec. Screen printing starts at 36 pieces per design; DTG has no minimum for sampling a line before you commit.

How much do polybagging, hangtags and UPC stickers cost?+

Folding and polybagging is $1.25 per piece. Hangtag installation is $0.95 per piece. UPC labeling is $0.50 per piece. Custom packaging (boxes, tissue, inserts) is quoted per project. All finishing is priced per piece on top of decoration and shows as its own line in the instant quote calculator.

Can you relabel blanks I supply?+

Yes. Send clean, sorted blanks and your label spec (woven or tagless artwork, placement, care and content text). We relabel, finish and pack them the same way we do for garments we source, and we can add decoration in the same run.
