How much extra does rush screen printing cost?

Rush surcharges are quoted per project. The percentage scales with how aggressively we need to compress the timeline and where we are with current production. Garment costs and shipping are not affected by the rush surcharge - call for a quote with your specific deadline.

Is the print quality lower on rush orders?

Absolutely not. We use the same premium inks, screens, and presses on every order regardless of timeline. The only difference is scheduling priority - your job moves to the front of the line. We have 4,355+ five-star reviews because we never compromise on quality.

What do you need from me to start a rush order?

We need print-ready artwork (vector AI/EPS/PDF preferred, high-res PNG also works), your garment selection (style, sizes, quantities), and print placement details. If you do not have final artwork, our design team can prepare it on a rush basis for an additional fee.

Can I pick up my rush order in Los Angeles?

Yes. Our shop at 14130 Rosecrans Ave in Santa Fe Springs, just off the 5 and the 605, is open for pickup Monday through Friday, and rush orders are ready for pickup as soon as they come off the press. We also offer expedited UPS and FedEx shipping nationwide.
