It depends on the print method, quantity, and garment. Decoration alone runs about $2.14–$10.58 per piece for a 2-color screen print (500 pieces down to the 24-piece minimum), and about $5.00–$15.00 per piece for full-color DTG. On top of that you pay for the blank garment, which we bill at wholesale × 1.75 (a basic tee blank is roughly $3–6). Minimums depend on the method. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design, DTF transfers at 12 pieces, and heat-transfer vinyl at 6 pieces. DTG (direct-to-garment) and embroidery have no minimum — we can decorate a single piece. If you only need a few full-color shirts, DTG is usually the best fit.

Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days after you approve your proof. Rush production is available as fast as 2-3 business days for a surcharge, depending on the size and complexity of your order and our current schedule. If you have a hard in-hand date, tell us up front and we'll confirm it before you order.

Screen printing has a one-time setup fee of $25.00 per color per screen — a 2-color design is $50.00 — and we keep your screens on file, so reorders of the same design skip setup entirely. Embroidery has a one-time $45.00 digitizing fee per design (also saved for free reorders). DTF has a $15.00 per-location setup. DTG has no setup fee at all. Basic art cleanup is included; heavy custom design work is quoted separately.

It depends on your design and quantity. For full-color, photographic, or highly detailed art, DTG is cheaper at almost any quantity because screen printing needs a separate screen (and $25.00 setup) for every color. For simple 1-2 color designs, screen printing becomes cheaper once you pass roughly 50-72 pieces, since its low per-shirt ink cost and one-time setup spread across more shirts. Rule of thumb: small runs and full-color art favor DTG; large runs of simple designs favor screen printing.
