The Challenge
Four unique designs across 3 garment colors, plus separate VIP and crew shirts - all needed 8 days before the event. Artwork was not finalized until 10 days out.
Our Solution
We fast-tracked artwork approval, ran proofs same-day, and dedicated two automatic presses to the job. Screen printed all 1,430 pieces on Comfort Colors blanks with 4-color prints. VIP shirts got a special metallic ink accent.
The Result
Everything delivered 2 days early. The merch booth sold out of 3 designs by Saturday afternoon. The event organizer has re-ordered for their spring and fall festivals every year since.
