The Challenge
Needed member merch in two colorways for retail sales, branded coach tanks, and competition shirts for their annual throwdown - all within 2 weeks.
Our Solution
We screen printed the member tees on Bella+Canvas 3001 in black and heather gray (2 colorways, same logo), DTG printed the coach tanks with a complex back design, and screen printed the competition shirts on Augusta Sportswear performance tees with the event logo and sponsor list.
The Result
The merch sold out at the gym within 3 weeks. The competition shirts were a hit - athletes posted them all over social media. The gym now orders quarterly for seasonal merch drops and has grown their retail program into a significant revenue stream.
