What is the minimum order for school spirit wear?

For screen printing, our minimum is 24 pieces per design. For DTG (direct-to-garment), there is no minimum - you can order as few as 1 shirt. Most school orders are 100-500 pieces, which hits our best bulk pricing tiers.

How do we collect sizes from students and parents?

We recommend using a simple Google Form or spreadsheet. We can provide a size-collection template with our recommended blanks and size charts. Once you have your totals, just send them over and we handle the rest.

Can you match our exact school colors?

Yes. We Pantone-match every order to ensure your school colors are consistent across all products - tees, hoodies, polos, and bags. Send us your Pantone codes or a sample, and we will match it exactly.

How long does a typical school order take?

Turnaround depends on order size, decoration method, and our current production schedule - most school orders run on a 1-3 week timeline. Rush production may be available case-by-case; surcharges are quoted per project. For large orders, we recommend ordering as far in advance as possible.

Do you offer fundraiser pricing or PTA discounts?

We offer competitive bulk pricing that works well for fundraisers. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Many schools sell our shirts at $15-20 retail and make $8-12 profit per shirt. Contact us for a custom fundraiser pricing proposal.

Can we have different designs for different clubs or grade levels?

Absolutely. We handle multi-design orders regularly. Each unique design has a one-time screen setup fee ($25/color), but shared ink colors across designs help keep costs down. DTG has no setup fees for design changes.

What file formats do you need for our school logo?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG (300 DPI+) also works. If you only have a low-res logo from your website, our design team can recreate it as a print-ready vector for a small fee.

Do you deliver to schools in the Los Angeles area?

Yes. We are located in Santa Fe Springs, CA and regularly deliver to schools across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Local delivery is free on orders over $500. We also ship nationwide.

Can you print individual student names or numbers?

Yes. We offer name and number customization via heat transfer vinyl or DTG. This is popular for sports teams and graduation gear. There is a per-name fee, but it is very affordable at scale.

Do you offer a setup for online school stores?

Yes! We can set up a custom online store where parents and students order directly, choose their size, and pay online. We fulfill and ship orders individually or in bulk to the school. Ask us about our Online Stores program.
