How to measure
Measure a garment you already like.
These are garment measurements, not body measurements. The easiest way to choose a size is to lay your best-fitting shirt flat and compare it with the chart.
- Half chest
- Lay the garment flat and measure straight across, armpit to armpit. Double it for the full chest.
- Body length
- Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve length
- Measure along the sleeve to the cuff. Compare against the same measurement on a shirt you own, measured the same way.
- Waist
- For pants and shorts, measure across the waistband laid flat. Double it for the full waist.
