What's the minimum order?
It depends on the method. Screen printing and embroidery each start at 24 pieces per design, which is the point where screen or digitizing setup makes sense per piece. DTF transfers start at 12 pieces and heat transfer vinyl at 6. DTG has no minimum, so we can print a single shirt, and anything under 24 pieces is routed to DTG automatically in our quote tool. How much does custom printing cost?
Price depends on four things: quantity, number of ink colors, number of print locations, and the garment you choose. The more you order, the lower the per-shirt cost. A few rules of thumb:
- More quantity = cheaper per piece
- More colors / more print locations = higher cost
- Premium garments (fashion-fit, ringspun, fleece) cost more than basics

What file types do you accept?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) are ideal for crisp prints. We also work from high-resolution .png or .psd files. Don't have print-ready art? Our team can clean up or recreate your design, just tell us upfront.

Do I get to see a proof before printing?
Yes, every order gets a digital proof for approval before it goes on press. For large or color-critical jobs, local customers can request a press check.
