What's the minimum order?
For screen printing, our minimum is around 24 pieces — that's the point where screen setup costs make sense per shirt. For DTG and DTF, there's no minimum — we can print a single shirt. Embroidery minimums are low and depend on the item.
How much does custom printing cost?
Price depends on four things: quantity, number of ink colors, number of print locations, and the garment you choose. The more you order, the lower the per-shirt cost. A few rules of thumb:
- More quantity = cheaper per piece
- More colors / more print locations = higher cost
- Premium garments (fashion-fit, ringspun, fleece) cost more than basics

How long does it take?

What file types do you accept?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) are ideal for crisp prints. We also work from high-resolution .png or .psd files. Don't have print-ready art? Our team can clean up or recreate your design — just tell us upfront.

Do you provide the shirts, or can I bring my own?
Both. We stock and source from top blank brands (Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Comfort Colors, Next Level, AS Colour and more), and we also print on customer-supplied garments (contract printing).
Do I get to see a proof before printing?
Yes — every order gets a digital proof for approval before it goes on press. For large or color-critical jobs, local customers can request a press check.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. We do Pantone (PMS) color matching so your brand colors stay consistent across orders.
Do you ship, or is it local pickup only?
