Like the 3001, the 3600 is a 32-singles combed ring-spun blank, so fine screen print detail and DTG both look their best on it. Designs with thin lines, small text, or halftone shading print clean.
The size range is the widest of the premium tees we stock, which matters for team and company orders where one style has to fit everyone.
Decoration
Which Decoration Method Works Best on the Next Level 3600?
Screen printing
Excellent from 24 pieces up. The smooth surface takes soft-hand water-based prints and tight multi-color registration; solid colors are 100% cotton, so discharge works on darks.
DTG
A first-class DTG blank alongside the 3001. Full-color prints come out sharp, and DTG has no minimum, so it is the way to sample the 3600 before a full run.
Watch out for
The slim cut runs trimmer than classic blanks; buyers used to a Gildan 5000 may want to size up. Heather colorways contain polyester and will not discharge.
