Devon & Jones builds the DG20 as a two-sided knit: fine wicking polyester on the outside, a soft-as-cotton wicking blend on the inside. It looks crisp and holds color like a performance shirt but feels closer to cotton against the skin.
Moisture wicking and UPF 15-39 protection make it a practical uniform for outdoor events, golf tournaments and field teams, and the women's DG20W in the same fabric lets a whole team match.
Decoration
Which Decoration Method Works Best on the Devon & Jones DG20?
Embroidery
The right method for the DG20. A left-chest logo stitched on the mesh pique face is the premium polo look; we digitize it for a lighter performance knit and stabilize it so the stitching sits flat.
Screen printing
Possible but rarely the first choice. The polyester face needs low-cure ink to keep dye from migrating into the print, and a printed logo seldom looks as premium on a polo as a stitched one.
Watch out for
Performance knits show heavy, dense designs more than cotton does. Keep left-chest logos clean and moderate in stitch count, and skip discharge and water-based inks on this blank entirely.
