One-time screen setup: $25.00 per screen, one screen per ink color, on every order ($65.00 for 1 color and $145.00 for 3 colors at 24 pieces). Runs of 24 pieces or fewer also carry film and press setup. Reorders reuse your screens, so a repeat of the same design has no screen charge.

Range shown is a 1-color to 3-color print, one location. Each additional location is priced separately.

Our minimum order for screen printing on t-shirts is 24 pieces. This allows us to properly set up screens and deliver consistent quality across your full order. For smaller quantities, DTG printing has no minimum and DTF transfers start at 12 pieces.

How many colors can you screen print on t-shirts?+

We can screen print up to 8 ink colors per location on t-shirts. Each color requires a separate screen, with a one-time setup fee of $25.00 per screen (charged once per order, and reorders reuse screens). The most cost-effective orders use 1-3 colors, but we handle complex multi-color designs daily.

How long do screen printed t-shirts last?+

Screen printed t-shirts are incredibly durable and will last 50+ washes without fading or cracking when properly cared for. We use premium plastisol and water-based inks that are cured at high temperatures for permanent adhesion. Wash inside-out in cold water for best results.

Can you print on both sides of t-shirts?+

Yes, we offer multi-location printing on t-shirts - front, back, sleeves, and more. Each additional print location has its own screen setup. Many customers order a front chest logo with a large back print for the best visual impact.

We use plastisol ink (industry standard, most durable), water-based ink (softer hand feel), and discharge ink (dyes the fabric for a "no-feel" print) on t-shirts. Our team will recommend the best ink type based on your garment color and desired look.
