It sits between the 3001 and a boxy streetwear heavyweight: combed ring-spun cotton for a smooth print face, at 6 oz/yd² for a shirt that holds its shape and drapes like a premium tee.
Pre-shrunk cotton on solid colors makes it a strong uniform or staff tee for teams that want something better than a giveaway shirt, and the heavier fabric carries a small left-chest embroidery as well as a full front print.

Which Decoration Method Works Best on the Bella+Canvas 3010?
Screen printing
The best value once a run reaches the screen print minimum. The combed surface holds detail, and solid colors are 100% cotton, so soft-hand water-based prints work and discharge is worth testing on darks.
DTG
Combed ring-spun cotton prints clean full-color DTG, and with no minimum on DTG it suits samples and short merch drops.
Watch out for
The relaxed, drop-shoulder fit runs roomier than the 3001; order a size sample if your buyers expect a retail fit. Athletic Heather carries polyester and will not discharge.

Screen setup is built into the per-piece price: one screen per ink color, plus one more for the white underbase on dark garments, spread across your run, so there is no separate setup line. More colors mean more screens, which is why color count moves the per-piece price and why the same design prices lower on a bigger run. Runs of 24 pieces or fewer also carry film and press setup, included the same way. We keep your artwork on file, so reorders are quick and priced the same way, with fresh screens.
