Polo and hat bundles at 24 and 50 people

Digitizing is a one-time $45 per design on each item, so $90 for a polo and cap bundle, and it is not charged again on reorders.

Office, front desk and client-facing teams
For property managers, real estate offices, dental and medical practices, sales teams and anyone who meets customers, a soft cotton-blend polo and a fitted cap look like a uniform without looking like workwear.
- Gildan 8800 DryBlend polo. 6 oz 52/48 ring-spun cotton/polyester knit, modern classic fit, welt collar and cuffs, moisture wicking. Sizes S to 5XL in 19 colors in our catalog. At $19.94 per polo with a logo at 50 people, it is the lowest-cost polo in this guide.
- Flexfit 6277 cap. A structured, mid-profile, six-panel fitted cap in a polyester/cotton/spandex twill, sized S/M, L/XL and XL/2XL, in 28 colors in our catalog. A fitted cap gives front-of-house staff a clean, finished look.
If you want a more polished polo than the 8800, browse our polo catalog or the corporate apparel and company uniforms page. New to embroidery? Start with our beginner's guide to custom embroidery.
Construction and trade crews
Crews on job sites in Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana or anywhere else in Orange County are hard on a shirt, and a soft office polo is not built for snags, sun and frequent washing. For crews we recommend a polyester workwear polo made for that kind of wear.
Harriton M348 Advantage Snag Protection Plus polo: our default crew polo. A 6.6 oz 100% polyester jersey in a heavier-weight fabric, with snag protection, moisture wicking and antimicrobial odor control. The supplier states it is tested to 75 industrial washes, which matters if your shirts go through a uniform service. It runs S to 6XL in 13 colors, including Safety Yellow, Khaki, Duck Brown and Dark Charcoal. The women's cut, the Harriton M348W, prices the same ($35.76 at 24 with a logo) and comes in the same 13 colors, so a mixed crew wears one look.
Red Kap SK98 Performance Knit Pocket Polo: the workwear-brand option. A 4.5 oz 100% polyester pique with a chest pocket, rib knit collar and a straight hem with side vents for moving around. The supplier lists it for industrial wash with color retention, snag resistance and wicking. It runs S to 6XL in 10 colors with no size upcharge in our catalog.
Richardson 112 trucker cap: the crew hat. A structured, six-panel, mid-profile cap with a 60/40 cotton/polyester front, polyester mesh back, pre-curved bill and snapback closure. It comes in M/L and XL, and our catalog lists 115 colors, so it is easy to match a company color. With a 5,000-stitch logo it is $19.00 at 24 and $17.68 at 50.
Hi-vis polos for crews near traffic or equipment
Two high-visibility polos are in our catalog, and they are not the same thing:
- Red Kap SK01 Enhanced Visibility Safety Polo. 5.8 oz 100% polyester with a cotton-like feel, moisture management, snag and wrinkle resistance and a left chest pocket. Yellow Lime only, sizes S to 2XL. The supplier calls it enhanced visibility; its listing does not state an ANSI class.
- Kishigo 9220 Premium Black Series High-Performance Polo. Lime with black sides and 2-inch reflective material. The supplier lists it as ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R, Class 2. Sizes M to 5XL, left chest pocket.
If your site or contract requires a specific ANSI class, check the requirement with your safety lead before you order, and pick the garment that is rated for it. Both of these polos have a left chest pocket, so tell us where you want the logo and we will show the placement on your proof.
For jackets, vests and other job-site gear, see our construction workwear and safety gear page and our post on custom workwear and safety apparel.
Getting the logo right on a polo and a cap
The logo is digitized separately for the polo and for the cap. That is why the calculator shows $45 digitizing on each item. We keep both stitch files, so next year's new-hire polos and replacement hats match the first run, with no digitizing charge on the reorder.
Stitch count drives the embroidery price, and fine text or a detailed logo adds stitches. Our embroidery stitch count guide explains how to read it, and the embroidery cost guide shows every tier.
Hats have their own options. If you are deciding between a stitched logo, a patch or a print on the cap, read custom hats: embroidery, patches and screen print compared.
